I've only heard about your seminars and wasn't so sure about what to expect in a book though I was excited about the idea.  But your book on CREATIVE HOSPITALITY is everything I hoped it would be and more!  It not only answers practical questions with easy-to-follow advice, but it gives a rationale for the reasons why Christians must be friendly people.  This book is so long overdue, but just maybe the timing is right.  Perhaps we weren't ready for it before now.  I only pray that I will be able to put its principles into practice.    Penny in Maryland
